These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DYOR Project platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Beta service

The Service is currently offered as an invite-only beta. It is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, may contain errors or interruptions, and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Features described during beta may not reflect the final product.

2. Not financial advice

DYOR Project provides market data, research tools, educational content, and analytics for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and high-risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for doing your own research. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and is sourced from third parties.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Access during beta is granted by invitation through our identity provider. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any wallet you connect, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems and networks.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data except through interfaces we expressly provide.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or circumvent rate limits or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by DYOR Project and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial research. Market data and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Third-party services and data

The Service integrates third-party providers for authentication, market data, and analytics. Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties' own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the accuracy of data they supply.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that data will be accurate or timely.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DYOR Project and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
